Cancellation Policy

At No. Twenty Four, a valid card must be provided at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For your security, card details are processed and stored securely and are not visible to our team.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or amended with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost, which will be charged to the card held on file.

We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our self-employed specialists and other clients waiting for appointments.
