Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or in person. A valid card must be provided at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Some treatments may require a consultation prior to booking and are subject to suitability.
 

Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation Policy. Appointments cancelled or amended with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for completed treatments or services.

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will work with you to resolve any concerns where appropriate.

Products purchased from the salon may only be returned if faulty or damaged.
 

Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test prior to your appointment. These include, but are not limited to, tinting treatments, lash extensions, semi-permanent makeup and selected skin treatments.

Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before treatment unless otherwise advised by your practitioner.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your treatment being postponed or cancelled.
 

Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information during consultations and before treatment. No. Twenty Four and its practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
 

Treatment Results

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Treatment recommendations and aftercare advice should be followed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
